Fee and Payment

Every contribution (oral or poster) must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference program.
Abstracts submission is limited to a maximum of 2 papers per registration.

Senior and student registration fees include:

  • Admission to the conference sessions,
  • Welcome kit,
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks,
  • Lunches,
  • Gala dinner
  • Participation to the organized events (June 20th)

Accompanying person registration fee (120 Euro) includes the participation to the Gala dinner (June 18th) and to the conference excursions (June 20th).


Proof of student status (master and PhD students) is required (i.e.: copy of current University student ID or letter from the scientific supervisor).

Your registration will be confirmed by email upon receiving your payment.
It will not be possible to enroll in the meeting at the reception desk, or pay during the meeting

Cancellation conditions
Refund, less a cancellation charge of 20%, will only be made on cancellations received prior to June 5th 2018. Thereafter we regret that no refund can be made. Delegates may be substituted at any time. Please note that refunds need a written request and will not be given at the reception desk.
